Updates and bug fixes in PVTsim from 20.1 to 20.2
April 9th, 2012
- Output format of Eclipse Black Oil interface updated to handle Rv's > 100 STB/MSCF and Bg's > 10000 RB/MSCF.
- Water cut option enhanced for mixtures with salt.
- Phase identification criterion made safer for near critical fluids incl. fluids with two critical points.
- Non-default Omega_A and Omega_B values reflected in simulated critical points for pure components.
- T-beta and P-beta flash options extended to handle pure components.
- Output format from Prosper/Mbal interface modified to show more digits for small numbers.
- Enhanced procedure for deciding whether simulated saturation points are bubble or dew points.
- VT Flash option extended to handle single phase aqueous mixtures.
- Bug corrected in Delump Option, which previously caused problems with heavy oil characterization.
- Hysys interface extended to transfer volume corrections. User will no longer have to manually set up a GCEOS in Hysys to get consistent phase densities between Hysys and PVTsim.
- Safe guard introduced to prevent one phase to be found at pressures just below Psat. That could previously be a problem for near critical fluids.
- Error corrected in Asphaltene module for calculation of H, S and Cp of gas phases.
- Various updates in Eclipse Import option.
- Various updates in STARS interface option
- Minor change in constant in Beggs-Vazquez Oil FVF correlation used in option for generating Eclipse Black Oil PVT input using correlations.
- Improved method for correcting for non-monotony in Eclipse Black Oil interface.
- MORE EOS interface option extended to handle Omega A and Omega B multipliers deviating from 1.0.
- Refined handling of aqueous phase supersaturated with salt in OLGA interface.
