Flow Assurance
Precipitation and deposition of solids in pipelines are determined through a fine
interplay between phase equilibria and flow conditions.
Calsep offers multiphase flow simulation studies considering precipitation and deposition
of solids. The solids can be wax, asphaltene, hydrate, and/or scale (solid salt).
The flow assurance consultancy projects are carried out using the PVT simulator
- PVTsim and the flow assurance pipeline simulator - DepoWax, which are both developed
